The Trampoline Body

When toned and aligned, the human body is actually a living example of AntiGravity; a vehicle with bounce, spring and lightness, constructed very much like a trampoline.  Your bones are the frame.  They are not stacked up like bricks, they are suspended from one another in what is termed a tensegrity structure.  Your ligaments, which act like the springs of a trampoline hold your body framework together.  Your muscles are the trampoline bed that provides the power. The kinetic momentum of the downward thrust converts the force into the upward bounce. This discovery I call “The Trampoline Body”.     Christopher Harrison, Founder, AntiGravity®
