• You will receive: an AntiGravity® Fitness Manual or Training Workbook
• A meal break is provided
• Practice teaching & spotting assessments
• Be prepared to fully participate in the training: 75% or more of the training is hammock time, with the rest theory.
• Successful completion requires you to be present for all hours and all days of the training.

• Top with sleeves (covering armpits)
• Long leggings (opaque color)
• Water bottle
• Sweat towel
• A notepad

Rescheduling a training is at the sole discretion of AntiGravity Fitness and is based on availability. In cases where rescheduling is possible, the rescheduled training must be within 12 months of the initial scheduled training. In all cases, a rescheduling fee of 20% of the initial full (not discounted) training fee will apply and is due at the time the reschedule has been confirmed. AntiGravity Fitness is not responsible for any costs incurred for travel arrangements or accommodations related to a teacher training.
