• Be prepared to fully participate in the training: 75% or more of the training is hammock time, with the rest theory.
• Successful completion requires you to be present for all hours and all days of the training.

• Top with sleeves (covering armpits)
• Long leggings (opaque color)

To participate in full-time training in Anti-Gravity Yoga you must: 1. Apply for participation on the website or by phone. 2. Pay for participation. Attention! 2.1. Payment must be made no later than 10 working days after the date of submission of the application for participation in training (but no later than 2 days before the date of training. 2.2. A place at the seminar is reserved only after 100% prepayment 2.3. Cash payment on the day of the event is NOT POSSIBLE. 3. Show up for the in-person event on the day of the event and register before it starts (the registration start time is indicated in the information letter). During face-to-face training it is prohibited: 1. Film and (or) audio record the in-person event as a whole or its individual fragments (as well as broadcast it online on the Internet) Violation of this rule will be regarded as a violation of copyright. 2. Disturb other participants in an in-person event (interrupt or argue with the lecturer during the lecture part of the event, talk on a mobile phone in the conference room, or otherwise interfere with other participants in the event and/or the lecturer). 3. Bring pets. 4. Be present with obvious signs of ARVI. 5. Violate public order, fire safety rules, epidemiological requirements. Attention! If a participant paid for his participation, but did not show up on the day of the seminar, without notifying in writing of the impossibility of his participation in the paid seminar at least 24 hours before the date of its holding, the organizer reserves the right not to return the prepayment amount and consider the service provided – in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 781 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
