• You will receive: an AntiGravity® Fitness Manual or Training Workbook
• A meal break is provided
• Practice teaching & spotting assessments
• Be prepared to fully participate in the training: 75% or more of the training is hammock time, with the rest theory.
• Successful completion requires you to be present for all hours and all days of the training.

• Top with sleeves (covering armpits)
• Long leggings (opaque color)
• Water bottle
• Sweat towel
• A notepad

Only those who pass the written exam on the final day and are recognized to have achieved a certain level or higher in the Practicum (practical skill test) will be considered successful and will be issued a certification. If you drop out from the course or fail, a retake fee of ¥20,000 (excluding tax) will be charged. Please note that late arrival or absence will be considered as no show. After passing this training, we recommend a full lesson practicum before your debut the first lesson.
