Cancellation / Refunds Policy:
* In case of cancellations made more than 30 days before the start of the training, all fees will be refunded except for a cancellation fee of NT1000.
* For cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before the start of the training, 50% of the fee will be refunded except for a cancellation fee of NT1000.
* No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date.
Refunds Policy:
Refunds of parts-thereof will also not be available if:
* If you are unable to attend 100% of the scheduled live training date you will not be eligible for a refund or part-thereof.
* You have already accessed the online portion and training materials for any part of the course.
* Downloadable software or content included within live & online educational courses for which you have already been given access to may not be refunded
* On-Sale items where discounts have been given for any reason will not be eligible for refund.
* The training has been notified to start
