• You will receive: an AntiGravity® Fitness Manual or Training Workbook
• A meal break is provided
• Practice teaching & spotting assessments
• Be prepared to fully participate in the training: 75% or more of the training is hammock time, with the rest theory.
• Successful completion requires you to be present for all hours and all days of the training.

• Top with sleeves (covering armpits)
• Long leggings (opaque color)
• Water bottle
• Sweat towel
• A notepad

Teacher Trainings: Trainings are fully refundable up to 21 days prior to the start date of a training. All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee and must be requested in writing to training@antigravityfitness.com. Trainings within 21 days of start date are not refundable. Rescheduling Policy: AntiGravity Fitness LLC reserves the right to grant/deny rescheduling of a training in extreme circumstances. However, rescheduling remains at the sole discretion of AntiGravity Fitness LLC and is based on availability. The date of the rescheduled training must be within a year of the initial scheduled training. A rescheduling fee of 20% of the initial training fee will apply and is due at the time the reschedule has been confirmed. Only one rescheduling is possible. Training Cancellation: In rare circumstances AntiGravity Fitness LLC might cancel a training. AntiGravity Fitness LLC is not responsible for costs incurred for travel arrangements or accommodations related to a teacher training in the event of a cancellation.
