AntiGravity® 1on1 (session design “D-kink”) was created specifically for the certified personal trainer (PT). The sequences allow the PT to provide their clients with innovative ways for adding decompression to their client’s fitness regime, thereby balancing their workout. This is a one-day course and does not require prior AntiGravity certification (i.e. AG FUNdamentals).

Traditionally, PT’s stretch and manipulate their client on a table or mat post-workout. With the D-kink sequences this is elevated using the client’s body weight to decompress the spine. Utilizing the AntiGravity Hammock, the PT can provide: enhanced stretching, spinal traction, leveraged massage, AntiGravity’s signature Zero Compression Inversion and even a floating rest.

As with every AntiGravity course, the AntiGravity Values of Safety, Inclusivity and Originality are built into the training. This means that PTs are able to take clients safely through the inversions and stretches. The Program is created to accommodate clients from nearly all age groups and all fitness levels.

NOTE: for the virtual training, a rigged AntiGravity Hammock is required for the entire training

NASM & AFAA approved!

AntiGravity Fitness is recognized by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America as a Continuing Education Provider.

AG 1on1 provides the following CEUs:  NASM: 0.6; AFAA: 6

This course alone does not qualify to teach group fitness classes.

Time: 1 day. Training day is a 8 hour day.
